Magic of Trio | A Sneak peek of the #triochallenge
Collaborations have a magnificent impact on various areas of our life. Be it a collaboration at work or in society, be it for fun, social cause or some target completion. All it requires is passion about a particular thing and intelligence will automatically work behind the doors to level up the game for you.
#triochallenge also started with a concept of collaboration in mind with like-minded people and the driving force is passion to learn and improve in the field of data visualisation. As of now, we have completed six weeks of this challenge. I would like to share with you the concept of this challenge, our journey so far and the benefits we received from it.
Concept of #triochallenge
This weekly challenge starts on Monday with the finalisation of concept/idea to work upon during the whole week. Until now, we have covered topics related to Tableau Desktop only. During the weekdays, we dedicate some time daily and research/learn about the topic. At the end of the week (mostly on Saturdays), we complete our final visualisations. Then a meeting is scheduled (mostly on Google Meet) on Sunday which we call ‘Review meeting’. During this meeting, each individual share
their learnings
challenges faced
new techniques learnt
present their visualisation
Feedback is given by all members for each visualisation and discussions are done around it.This makes this meeting a bit lengthy, mostly of 2 hours. However, this is our goal, the multiplied number of new learnings in the short timeframe.
Data nerds behind #triochallenge
Let me now introduce you to the data people who invented this challenge and are working on it.
Vani Agarwal
Vani is working as a Tableau Developer at NeenOpal Inc. She has her own way of getting tasks done on time, no matter how busy the schedule is.

Kavya Shrivastava
Kavya has recently joined as a Power BI developer at EY. She creates a fun environment to work in which really makes complex tasks look little easy.

Joti Gautam | me
Finally the third member of #triochallenge is me. I am working as Technology Analyst at Infosys Limited. I love exploring numbers, always in a look for better ways to visualise data.
